All Sales Policy

Because our products are laboratory-grade research materials:

All sales are considered final once shipped.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
A leaking vial
An incorrect item
A missing item

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Replacement or Refund Eligibility

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund to the original payment method

Resolutions are issued at our sole discretion after review.

Shipping Issues

Reclaim Peptide is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Customs delays or international import restrictions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

Notify us so we can assist with a shipping investigation

Refunds for delivered packages are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if:

The cancellation request is submitted before shipment
The order has not yet been processed

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Storage Responsibility
